Print the enrolment form. If you are unable to print at home, please drop in and we can give you a paper copy of the enrolment form.

Fill and sign the form by hand. The Ministry of Education will only accept handwritten and hand-signed forms.

Return the form by either dropping it in to the preschool at 150 Great South Rd Manurewa, or scan and email to preschool@sapc.org.nz
